I'm Larissa, also known as Minaka, a graphic designer and freelance illustrator based in Brazil. Since I was a child, I always enjoyed being outside surrounded by nature and would be fascinated by everything around me. Later, that would be reflected in my work as my biggest inspiration to create colorful illustrations that portray the little joys of everyday life.

Beautiful sceneries, kind humans and cute animals are one of the main themes of my paintings and I love to explore different textures and medias to come up with something organic and full of life. Usually, I work with traditional mediums such as color pencils, markers and watercolors, but like to switch to digital tools from time to time as well.

When not working, I love to dance, travel, learn new languages and cultures around the world as it also inspires a lot of my art (especially the asian due to my japanese descent) and play video games!
